All orders have a flat rate $7 cost (In the United States and U.S. Territories). Most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. We can, at your request, ship using expedited services for additional costs. We utilize United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS Ground. Normal deliveries can take 5 to 7 business days.
International Orders: Please email us about your international order. You must have a Paypal account to purchase with us, and ship to an international destination. All funds must be received and cleared through our bank before your items are shipped. All international orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, and must be insured. Simply email us your desired items, full shipping address, and we will put together a quote for your shipping rates.
California residents are assessed a 7.75% California sales tax.
Guarantee of Quality – Returns Policy
African Treasures offers a 100% money-back guarantee for damaged goods, or a store credit for those ‘I ordered the wrong thing’ orders. We do our best to secure and package your items carefully, but we realize that things happen on the road! Every item is examined before shipping. Upon receipt of your item, please examine your merchandise and report any damages immediately.
For damaged items, please take a picture and send it to us by email. We will review the information submitted and file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. Please keep all packaging for USPS or UPS inspection.
We will honor returns of product within 14 days of arrival per your USPS or UPS tracking. We will either exchange the item, or issue a refund. We generally do not refund shipping cost. We ask that customers contact us by email, firstname.lastname@example.org, within three days of arrival to receive a return authorization number. If you simply ordered the wrong thing, we will gladly take it back and issue you a store credit. All returns need to have a Return Authorization number, issued by African Treasures.
